As a Trip Host at Gojolley, you will be at the forefront of our travel experiences, responsible for leading and facilitating group trips to various exciting destinations around the world. If you're passionate about exploring new places, meeting new people, and making unforgettable memories, this role is tailor-made for you. Your main objective will be to ensure the smooth and enjoyable execution of each trip, while fostering a sense of camaraderie among participants.

What you will do

  • Take charge of the group trip throughout the journey, ensuring everyone's safety, comfort, and engagement.

  • Foster a positive and inclusive group dynamic by creating opportunities for participants to bond and connect with one another.

  • Address any unexpected challenges or situations that may arise during the trip, showcasing your quick thinking and resourcefulness.

  • Organize and lead activities that align with the theme and purpose of each trip, ensuring that participants have an unforgettable experience.

  • Display open-mindedness and cultural sensitivity, allowing participants to engage with local cultures respectfully.

  • Capture moments through photos, videos, and share content with our Social Media Coordinator, to showcase the trip effectively.
