Customer Service Assistant (Part-Time)
Great service is at the heart of what we do and we’re totally obsessed with giving our clients and travelers the best possible service. We are looking for a customer service rockstar to join the team on a part-time basis.
What you will do
You will manage the main Gojolley mailbox (info@gojolley.com) and respond to inquiries and questions promptly. You will work closely with the trip coordinator to ensure customers are delighted and have all the information they need.

If performance is satisfactory after the three months probation, you will earn the chance to travel to one Gojolley trip this year where you get to meet our Gojolley community and shadow the trip host. Performance objectives and expectations will be communicated.
